I have had a passion for art since I was in high school. I attended WMU in Kalamazoo Michigan and considered becoming an art teacher, but instead went into Computer Information Systems to support my "horse habit".

I use many different mediums, such as acrylics, pastels, charcoal, pencil and watercolors. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

I love the outdoors and animals. I have several horses, cats and dogs. I love recreating landscapes, plants and wildlife in my work.
